Shipping Policy

As this 'Product Listing' is for a non-physical item and it being a means for you to make a 'Donation' there is nothing to be shipped, and Donations are therefore non-refundable.

However, in general Donating or Pre-Ordering via BizKit-Tin is about Supporting Inventors and Entrepreneurs to help them get their ideas off the ground, so the following policies will normally apply. Vendors may copy/paste the following policies into their own listings if they do not have their own.

Choosing 'Standard' Shipping means you 'MUST' be willing to accept 'Proof of Postage' as completion of the transaction. Our responsibility ends on hand-over to the Shipping Agent.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available if the item arrived damaged and is returned in the original packaging.

Refunds are also available for faulty items and product failures where failures occur in use resulting from faulty parts.

Refunds are NOT available for failures caused by Customer Inflicted Damage!

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations for available items can be made right up until an Order is Shipped, and Proof of Postage can be provided.

Any Crowdfunded Pre-Orders taken via BizKit-Tin can also be refunded up until Production Commences.

Crowd-Funded Products require the funding from pre-order and donations to cover their productions costs, so once production has commenced, any Pre-Orders become solidified, and the Customer must then wait for item delivery.
